技术规格：
*7.5.5正面套刻精度：≤ ±0.25μm；
*7.5.6背面套刻精度：≤ ±1.0μm；
*7.5.7光强均匀度：≤ ±2.5％；

2. 资格要求：
*①投标人应提供有效的营业执照或营业登记证明文件复印件；
*②设备制造商具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证明文件（如ISO9001等）。
*③境内投标人应提供有效的银行基本账户开户许可证或基本账户信息证明文件复印件。

3. 交货的地点和时间：买方项目现场，合同生效后6个月内。
4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化商务有限公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
5. 购买招标文件时间：2020年6月3日至2020年6月10日止每天上午9:00~17:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。

2． Qualification requirements：
