001 气氛保护连续热处理炉：
1）所投产品型号应为设备制造商标准产品，以设备制造商最新公开发布的样本为准。
2）投标设备为原装进口，设备可靠性高，操作、维修方便，结构紧凑；设备所用炉体材料不会对钛合金造成污染。
3）投标厂商财务状况良好，投标设备的制造商应具有先进的热处理炉设计制造经验，应具备设计、生产同类型气氛保护连续热处理炉的能力，且制造技术成熟可靠，在国内航空航天企业近5年内（以合同签订日期为准）具有销售过同类型（设备结构相同，具备自动上料系统，符合*7.1.11条、*7.2.6条款要求）设备至少3台的交付业绩（投标文件提供对应合同及验收单等证明材料），无不良设备销售记录。
4）投标文件提供投标设备的制造商近5年在国内外航空航天企业的销售业绩清单。
5）对于在中华人民共和国关境外提供货物的投标商，一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标（如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇）。
1) The bidding product model shall be standard product according to the latest sample copies publicly released by the manufacturer.
2) The bidding product shall be imported product with original packaging which is convenient for operation & maintains with high reliability & compact structure. The furnace stack material shall not pollute the titanium alloy.
3) The bidder’s financial condition shall be good. The manufacturer shall have advanced thermal treatment furnace design & manufacturing experience, shall have the ability to manufacture the same kind of shaker furnace with mature & reliable technology. There shall be the accomplished sale performance (with the relevant contracts & acceptance certificates in the bidding documents) of at least 3 sets of similar kinds furnace (same structure, equip automatic feeding system, comply with clause *7.1.11, *7.2.6 requirements in chapter 8) in Chinese aeronautics & astronautics industry in recent 5 years (according to the date of contract) without bad sales record.
4) There shall be the manufacturer’s sale performance list of aeronautics & astronautics industry at domestic & abroad in recent 5 years in the bidding documents.
5) Once winning the bid, the tenderer must be the contracting party who signed the foreign trade contract for this project with the vendee. If the tenderer does not possess the ability of signing a foreign trade contract with the vendee, its bid will be abandoned. (If the product is imported and an import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign a foreign trade contract with the vendee or the vendee's commercial agency in its own name and should accept exchange paid by a company within the customs territory of Chinese Mainland.)

设备主要用于Ti-6Al-4V，TC4，TC16，TB8 等钛合金紧固件的固溶热处理，通过连续水淬热处理，使零件强度增大。设备设计制造符合ISO国际标准；设备运行符合中国环保标准；设备所有仪表的计量单位采用SI国际标准。
该设备为PLC数字控制，控制系统功能齐全；结构紧凑合理，据有足够的刚性、高可靠性、高精度；操作调整方便快捷，防护安全，具备操作提示功能，故障显示功能；具有远程操作和故障诊断能力；整个设备系统能够满足NADCAP认证要求，符合AMS2750最新版标准对热处理的有关规定。
整个气氛保护连续热处理炉主要包括以下部分：自动斗式上料系统、机械泵抽真空系统、真空测量系统、加热炉系统、测控温系统、振动系统、充氩系统、水淬系统、自动出料系统及各种控制、调整和自动记录系统等部分。炉体的构造应考虑长时间使用后的变形问题，采取适当的方式减缓变形。
投标方在投标文件中需提供设备炉温均匀性测试的完整方案。

1.3 Primary Requirements:
This equipment is mainly used for Titanium alloy fasteners solution heat treatment, such as Ti-6Al-4V, TC4, TC16, TB8. By means of continuous water quenching heat treatment, strengthen the intensity of parts. The design & manufacture of the equipment comply with ISO. The operation of the equipment comply with China Environmental Standards. The measurement unit of all the equipment instruments adopt SI.
This equipment adopt PLC digital control. There is a control system with complete function & a rational structure with enough rigidity, reliability & high precision. There are operation prompt function & fault display function. There are remote operation & fault diagnosis capability. The whole system comply with NADCAP certificates, comply with relevant provisions of heat treatment of latest AMS2750 standard.
The whole shaker furnace includes the following sections: Automatic bucket feeding system, Mechanical pump vacuum system, Vacuum measuring system, Heating furnace system, Temperature measurement and control system, Oscillatory system, Argon filling system, Water quenching system, Automatic discharging system & various kinds of control, adjust, automatic record systems. The furnace stack structure shall consider the deformation after long-time operation & adopt appropriate manner to slow down the deformation.
1.4 Qualification requirements:
1) The bidding product model shall be standard product according to the latest sample copies publicly released by the manufacturer.
2) The bidding product shall be imported product with original packaging which is convenient for operation & maintains with high reliability & compact structure. The furnace stack material shall not pollute the titanium alloy.
3) The bidder’s financial condition shall be good. The manufacturer shall have advanced thermal treatment furnace design & manufacturing experience, shall have the ability to manufacture the same kind of shaker furnace with mature & reliable technology.
