1. 招标产品的名称、数量、技术规格、资金来源：
可调式光管 1台
技术规格：
*7.3.1通光孔径：≥Φ300mm的表面镀银或铝膜抛物面形离轴反射镜，要求膜层表面增加硬质保护膜，防止反射膜层氧化，并方便污染后清洁。
*7.3.3焦距：≥ 3000mm；

资金来源：国拨资金
2. 资质要求：*①投标人提供有效的营业登记证明文件；
*②境内投标人应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供由人民检察院出具且在有效期内的“行贿犯罪档案查询结果告知函”作为证明材料；
3. 交货的地点和时间：买方项目现场（境内供货）、CIP天津（境外供货），合同生效后7个月内。
4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
5. 购买招标文件时间：2018年5月17日起至2018年5月24日止每天上午9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。
