中化国际招标有限责任公司受天津津航技术物理研究所委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1. 招标产品的名称、数量、技术规格、资金来源：
气动光学数字化仿真计算系统升级 1套
技术规格：
*9.5与原有非结构超声速气动/流体计算求解器实现无缝集成和数据兼容，气动/流体计算软件为32核并行，可快速计算光学窗口外密度场、速度场、温度场及其流动特性。
*9.6能够实现在流场计算网格基础上进一步插值得到流场光学传输效应网格，以便进行光学效应计算。

资金来源：国拨资金
2. 资质要求：*①投标人提供有效的营业登记证明文件；
*②境内投标人应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供由人民检察院出具且在有效期内的“行贿犯罪档案查询结果告知函”作为证明材料；
*③投标人提供近两年的财务状况的资料（如财务审计报告、投标人财务报表等）。
3. 交货的地点和时间：CIP天津/买方项目现场，合同生效后6个月内。
4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
5. 购买招标文件时间：2018年2月13日起至2018年2月27日止每天上午9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。

Technical specifications:
*9.5 is seamless and data compatible with the original
unstructured supersonic pneumatic / fluid computing solver. The aerodynamic /
fluid computation software is parallel to 32 cores, and it can quickly
calculate density field, velocity field, temperature field and flow
characteristics outside optical window.
*9.6
can further interpolate the optical transmission effect grid of the flow field
on the basis of the flow calculation grid, so that the optical effect can be
calculated.

2． Qualification
requirements：*①The
bidder provides an effective certificate of business registration.
*②Domestic bidders should be no
