1 OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT
This tender document is issued to subcontract the Drainage Channel Works (North Side) for 7th GAS SEPARATION PLANT PROJECT
PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) plans to construct New Gas Separation Plant named 7th Gas Separation Plant (GSP7) Project which will be located next to PTT LNG Terminal 1 at Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong, Thailand.
The plant comprises the Gas Separation Plant and supporting facilities, which include flare, effluent treatment, substation building, control building, administration building, workshop, warehouse, firefighting station, metering stations and product storage tanks.
The purpose of GSP7 is to receive natural gas (with CO2 content from 15.10% to 23%) from the existing PTT’s gas separation plant via interconnecting pipeline and to separate various hydrocarbon components of natural gas to Ethane, Propane, LPG and NGL as liquid products, and sales gas and then return to the existing PTT’s gas separation plant via interconnecting pipelines system.
2 Scope of Work of Drainage Channel Works (North Side)
The work to be executed under this contract consists of all activities required for the successful procurement, transportation, customs clearance, assembly, installation, testing, warranty/guarantee of Drainage Channel works of south side of GSP7. Execution of the work includes all works necessary and incidental to complete the work as per project specification, drawing and local law requirements .
3 Acquisition of Tendering Documents
Time of receiving the tendering documents: 9:00 AM on 20 June, 2024 to 5:00 PM on 26June, 2024 (Abu Dhabi time, the same below).

4 SUBMISSION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
The Bidding Documents shall include Qualification Documents, Technical proposal and Commercial proposal.
The scanned Bidding Documents with signature and company stamp shall be sent to the following designated Email Addresses:
(1)The Qualification Documents and Technical proposal shall be submitted to bidding@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 01 July, 2024.
(2)The Commercial proposal shall be submitted to bidprice@enlinkenergy.com before 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi Time), 01 July, 2024.
The Commercial Proposal shall be encrypted. The encrypted password shall be sent to the email box separately: zhoujiaming@cpp-int.com. Describe the name of the bidder and relevant procurement package in the email for the supervisor to verify the password.
(3)The overdue delivery of the bid documents will be rejected, and the delivery time shall be subject to the time of the designated email ID.

7 Special Instructions to Bidders
The bidders shall prepare the bidding documents according to this ITB and subsequent clarifications(if any), such as the Drawings may updated timely in the form of clarification notice.Tenderee reserves the right of final interpretation for the tendering documents and confirmation of the Buyer.
8 Qualification documents including but not limited to:
Bidders of this project shall be enterprise under Law of Thailand Kingdom, in possess of relevant construction capabilities, construction performance reference, sufficient construction resources, not be a litigant in any court cases or any arbitration disputes and can accomplish Drainage Channel Works for 7th GAS SEPARATION PLANT PROJECT (GSP7). Any bid not meeting this clause will be rejected as substantially non-responsive.
