四、项目概况
1、项目名称：中联重科2025年德国宝马展展台设计及搭建项目
2、项目地点： 慕尼黑，德国慕尼黑新国际博览中心（Messe München International）

5、展会时间：2025年4月7日至2025年4月13日
6、官方布/撤展时间：具体布展以及撤展时间将以德国宝马展《展商手册》或展前重要通知上公布的信息为准。
五、供应商资格要求:
1、具有独立法人资格并依法取得《营业执照》，且营业执照经营范围须包含本项目内容。
2、有近五年所操作过的大型国际展会外场展台的成功案例，有跟工程机械行业展会相关的工作经历。
3、供应商的成立时间应不少于5年。
4、供应商需具有良好的银行资信及商业信誉，并应提交过去五年内的诉讼、仲裁和其它索赔的细节，不管是未决的，还是已解决的，不包括非实质性的索赔(总额不超过投标人总资产的5%)。如果未决的诉讼、仲裁或其它索赔超过供应商总资产的50%，将会被判定资质不合格。
5 、其他要求：
5.1 无其他明文禁止参与谈判的记录。
5.2 不接受联合体参与谈判。
5.3 供应商未被中联重科列入黑名单。
5.4 提供报名表授权代表的社保证明。
5.5 供应商必须提供正规的增值税专用发票。
六、报名须知:
1、具备投标资格的供应商按要求完整填写“供应商报名表”，并发送至中联重科招标专用邮箱00756996@zoomlion.com进行报名，根据供应商资格要求提供相关证明文件（包括营业执照、基本账户、近3年业绩等有关公司资质文件，业绩证明、保密协议等），同时需提供报名表上联系人的近三个月的社保证明。
2、报名资料为三个文件：①、按照附件一要求填写的电子表格，文件名称为“附件一供应商报名表—XXX公司”；②、其他资料整理成PDF文件，文件名称为“供应商报名证明材料—XXX公司”。注意提交文件总大小不超过50MB；③、供应商报名表上联系人的近三个月的社保证明；
3、报名后应标单位需按要求签订保密协议
4、报名截止日期：2024年8月12日16：00（北京时间）。

Dueto development needs, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. is conducting competitive negotiations for the design and construction ofits exhibition booth at the 2025 Bauma Exhibition in Germany. We invitesuppliers with cooperation intentions, relevant qualifications, andcapabilities to negotiate.

5.SupplierQualification Requirements:
-Possessindependent legal entity status and have legally obtained a "BusinessLicense," which must include the scope of this project.
-Havesuccessfully managed large international exhibition booth projects in the pastfive years, including experience related to construction machinery industryexhibitions.
-Thesupplier\'s establishment time should be no less than 5 years.
-Suppliersmust have good bank credit and commercial reputation and should provide detailsof litigation, arbitration, and other claims within the past five years,whether unresolved or resolved, excluding non-material claims (total amount notexceeding 5% of the bidder\'s total assets). If unresolved litigation,arbitration, or other claims exceed 50% of the supplier\'s total assets, theywill be deemed unqualified. Other Requirements:
-Norecord explicitly prohibiting participation in negotiations.
-Jointventures are not accepted for negotiation.
-Suppliersnot blacklisted by Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
-Providesocial security proof for the authorized representative on the registrationform.
-Suppliersmust provide official VAT invoices.
-Signa confidentiality agreement for this project.
6.RegistrationInstructions:
-Eligiblesuppliers must complete the "Supplier Registration Form" as requiredand send it to Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd.\'sdedicated bidding email at 00756996@zoomlion.com for registration. Providerelevant certification documents according to the supplier qualificationrequirements (including business license, basic account, performance in thelast three years, company qualification documents, performance proof,confidentiality agreement, etc.), as well as social security proof for thecontact person on the registration form from the last three months.
-Registrationmaterials consist of four files: ① An electronic form filledout according to Annex 1 requirements, named "Annex 1 SupplierRegistration Form—XXX Company"; ② Other materials compiledinto a PDF file, named "Supplier Registration Certification Materials—XXXCompany." Note that the total file size should not exceed 50MB; ③Social security proof for the contact person on the supplier registration formfrom the last three months; Confidentiality agreement.
-Followingregistration, the participating entity is required to execute a confidentialityagreement in accordance with the stipulated requirements.
