3. 投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩：
1）提供完整的投标产品的医疗器械注册证。
2）提供所投设备原厂DATASHEET。
3）如果投标人所投的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应得到腹腔镜系统制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书（参见第一分册格式IV-9-4）和制造商资格声明（参见第一分册格式IV-9-2）。
是否接受联合体投标：不支持

4. 招标文件的获取
招标文件领购开始时间：2024年4月16日起。
招标文件领购结束时间：2024年5月6日。

3) If the goods submitted by the Bidder are not manufactured by the Bidder, the Bidder shall obtain the approval of the manufacturer in this bid (see Sub-volume format IV-9-4) and the manufacturer's qualification statement (see Sub-volume format IV-9-2).
